Nursery & Primary Schools: 8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
Beginning & End of the School Day

Morning Classes

From CP to CM2 at 9:00 – No parking allowed on Fulton Street.

Nursery School: Moyenne Section at 9:10 and Grande Section at 9:00. No parking allowed on Dornal Street.

Students arriving late must report directly to the school secretary.

Afternoon Classes

All primary school students must be picked up by an adult authorized to do so.

Nursery school: Moyenne Section at 3:10 p.m. and Grande Section at 3:00 p.m. Parents pick up their child/children.

CP to CM2 at 3:00 p.m. Parents pick up their child/children at the entrance of schoolyard.

Parents are asked to please obey the following rules to ensure the safety of all students:

• Inform the school in writing the names of parents or baby-sitters who will be picking up students if these people have not been authorized to so by you at the beginning of the school year. Please advise the school secretary of any absences and/or tardies (Maternelle, extension 258 and, Primaire, extension 260). You may also inform us through your child’s daily planner or by sending a note directly to your child’s teacher.

• No personal messages are given to students or teachers during the school day (except in an emergency).

INFORMATION CONCERNING DAYCARE

The primary school offers a daycare service which operates Monday through Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

After 3:30, all children whose parents have not picked them up will be taken to daycare. CiMF will then charge the appropriate amount. It is imperative that parents pick up their children by 6:00 p.m. After 6:00 p.m., there is a chargeper hour per family.
